Award-winning Greek architectural practice 314 Architecture Studio has shared its design for the Pavilion Terraces buildings within Little Athens at The Ellinikon, one of Europe’s largest urban regeneration project, with FM Magazine.
The architectural marvel conceived by the award-winning Greek architectural practice consists of seven buildings, each boasting six stories. Comprising of a total of 156 one-to-five-bedroom terraces, this exceptional creation is a jubilation of organic forms, intricate embossed textures, and innovative spatial dynamics, drawing inspiration from the captivating structures of Japanese lanterns.
The central landscaped courtyard is a vast natural amenity for residents and visitors alike forming Japanese-like gardens with paths, mature planting, relaxation areas, and water features. At the ground-level, the retail component will include fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants, an organic market, a bakery, and a supermarket.
Built with sustainability in mind, Pavilion Terraces:
