Aramark Sports + Entertainment, the exclusive food and beverage partner of Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies, is launching a new plant-based concept for the 2024 season.

The vegan offerings cater to the diverse preferences of fans and align with Aramark’s commitment to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions associated with the food it serves.

“After months of research and testing, the Aramark culinary team has created a unique, vegan menu with a robust flavor profile that mimics the taste and texture of real meat,” explains Chef Richard Grab, Director of Culinary Innovation for Aramark Sports + Entertainment. “Better-Off Burgers offers a range of plant-based menu items that will appeal to all game-day goers. Whether you are a vegan, a vegetarian, or a meat-lover, there’s something for everyone on the menu.”
