Sodexo UK&I Recognised for Workplace Inclusivity

Sodexo UK & Ireland is the highest-scoring organisation for D&I in the hospitality, travel and leisure industry according to a study by the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes Business School for inclusion in.

Following its appearance on inclusion in‘s ‘EDI Maturity Curve’, the provider of catering and facility services has been awarded Platinum accreditation for its continued efforts to create an inclusive, equitable workplace for its 30,000 employees.    

The assessment highlights Sodexo’s dedication to providing an inclusive workplace as evaluated against stringent benchmarks that considered various aspects of EDI integration into business practices, leadership and the overall impact on business performance.   

DEI initiatives have been integral to Sodexo’s strategy, driving positive social impact and supporting a sense of belonging among colleagues. From enhancing benefits to supporting impactful programmes such as the 10,000 Interns Foundation, the group has shown a commitment to improving its internal culture as well as influencing change across the broader industry.
