The four-story hospitality asset located at 6920 N 93rd Avenue was acquired by Chicago based Bradford Allen Hospitality Investments for US $23.75 million.
Bill Murney, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Hospitality team in Phoenix represented the seller, HCW Hospitality & Development, in the transaction.

Guest rooms at the Aloft Glendale at Westgate hotel feature lofty nine-foot ceilings, plush platform beds, LCD TVs, and walk-in showers.
The hotel additionally features several on-site amenities and social spaces, including business meeting space, Re:charge℠ gym, outdoor Splash pool, urban-inspired WXYZ® BAR, and a convenience store.
