The publisher’s Best of the Best lists recognize organizations that have gone above and beyond to create more inclusive, equitable workspaces where diverse talent can be recruited, developed, and retained.
The 2024 Top Supplier Diversity Programs for WBEs list highlights Fortune 1000 companies dedicated to empowering multicultural women in business. As a vital resource for job seekers, business owners, and industry leaders, this accolade showcases those who not only advocate for, but actively engage in, practices supporting Women Business Enterprises.
As reported in its 2023 Be Well. Do Well. Progress Report, Aramark’s goal is to increase its spend with diverse-owned, local, and small businesses to 25% throughout its U.S. supply chain by 2025.

Aramark continues to receive accolades for its commitment to supplier diversity. In addition to this recognition from DiversityComm Magazine, Aramark also received an award for “Outstanding Community Partnership” at the University of Delaware’s Supplier Diversity Conference 2024, earlier this month. The awards ceremony celebrated the achievements of outstanding businesses in the supplier diversity space. Last year, Fair360 (formerly known as DiversityInc) ranked Aramark on the Top Companies for Supplier Diversity list, at number 20, and the Women’s Business Enterprise Council East Region (WBEC-East) presented Aramark with the “Done Deals Award,” in late 2022, for purchasing from and partnering with WBEs.
