The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has reappointed non-exec BE Design Group Chairman and consultant with 3PL Real Estate Paul Danks, SIOR, FRICS, to serve a further two-year term as the international representative on its Board of Directors.
Danks will officially reassume the position at SIOR’s Fall 2024 conference in Los Angeles this October.

An industrial and logistics specialist, Danks has been a member of SIOR since 2009. With over 40 years of experience as an advisor to leading occupiers worldwide, his work focuses on business transformation and the implementation of strategies to reduce cost, enhance value, and ensure that maximum efficiencies, general wellbeing, and the achievement of sustainability objectives are derived from the occupation of real estate.
Danks tells FM Magazine: “It’s a great honour to be reappointed to this position.
