Custodian Capital Partners with PoGo Charge for EV Infrastructure Upgrades

Custodian Property Income REIT plc, the nationwide commercial property investment company, has signed a new partnership agreement with PoGo Charge to upgrade electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across a number of strategic retail locations within its property portfolio.

The new agreement will see PoGo, one of the UK’s fastest growing Charge Point Operators (CPOs), install an initial 38 ultra-rapid DC charging points across eight retail and leisure developments across the UK with PoGo installing its ultra-rapid 200kW Touch units. These ultra-rapid charging points are scalable in the future up to 600kW, ensuring that PoGo can adapt to the evolving demands of electric vehicle technology.

By implementing these installations at key locations across the UK, PoGo aims to establish a new benchmark for EV charging infrastructure, facilitating the increasing number of electric vehicles on the road and contributing to a more sustainable transport ecosystem.
