SIOR Makes Senior Reappointment

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has reappointed Paul Danks, SIOR for another two-year term as its Global Board International Representative.

A Fellow of RICS, Danks is non-executive Chairman of BE Design Group and a consultant at 3PL Real Estate. He previously served as president of SIOR’s European Chapter from 2020 to October 2022.

An industrial and logistics specialist, Danks has been a member of SIOR since 2009. With over 40 years of experience as a trusted advisor to leading occupiers worldwide, his work focuses on business transformation and the implementation of strategies to reduce cost, enhance value, and ensure that maximum efficiencies, general wellbeing, and the achievement of sustainability objectives are derived from the occupation of real estate.

“It’s a great honour to be reappointed to this position,” Danks says. “SIOR has made a huge impact on my career. It’s been an incredible past few years serving this organisation, and I’m excited to continue aiming high and elevating SIOR to new heights, together with a phenomenal group of CRE leaders.”

SIOR’s European chapter includes members from across the UK and Europe.
