Listen to this article

Vodafone has extended an integrated facilities management (IFM) and property services contract with STRABAG PFS across its corporate real estate portfolio in Germany.

In addition to mobile and data services, the global telecom services provider operates Germany’s largest cable television network.

Vodafone’s managed real estate portfolio comprises around 340 properties with a total area of around 375,000 square metres. These include include Vodafone shops, technical buildings, call centres, multiple office locations including the 18-storey Vodafone campus at Ferdinand-Braun-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf, and seven large data centres.

During the next stage of the partnership, we anticipate supporting Vodafone’s increasing focus on sustainable building operations.

The range of services to be included under an expanded contract which was signed in September and builds on a partnership of over a decade, includes building infrastructure maintenance and technical support.
