The project by Hilton Garden Inn will involve an extensive reconstruction of the historic Dacia Hotel building, located in the historic center of the capital. The transformation will involve expanding and modernizing the structure to meet Hilton standards, providing guests with premium accommodation. The grand opening of the newly renovated hotel is anticipated in 2026.
The local investment in the franchise project starts with an initial allocation of €5 million, with projections to reach €10 to 12 million in the coming years. The Dacia Hotel already employs dozens of people, and its integration into the Hilton chain will create opportunities for professional development and staff expansion.
“Hilton’s entry into the Moldovan market is an important milestone for us.
