These talented chefs are responsible for creating the mouthwatering menus that fuel fans during the most exciting time of the year.
Meet the culinary quarterbacks leading the charge at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, Lincoln Financial Field, and NRG Stadium:
Arrowhead Stadium, Lincoln Financial
Senior Executive Chef Erin Wishon, GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium
Senior Executive Chef Erin Wishon is a key player in delivering a winning culinary performance for fans at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, catering to a wide range of needs.
“I love the energy of game day,” shared Chef Erin. “From the fans to the team to our own crew – nothing compares to the rush of 60,000+ people entering your building at once.”
As the Chiefs gear up for another playoff run, the excitement at Arrowhead is palpable. This year, the “Arrowhead Invitational” will feature a special menu, including the show-stopping “Touchdown Toast” – an oversized French toast topped with berry sauce, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and a whipped topping with powdered sugar.
“The energy is unmatched on post-season gameday,” notes Chef Erin. “My team thrives on this competitive atmosphere, raising the bar on our culinary game.”

Executive Chef James Hennessey, Lincoln Financial Field
James Hennessey, Executive Chef at Lincoln Financial Field, has led the culinary program for over a decade. Since joining Aramark in 2009, he’s overseen the evolution of the gameday experience, collaborating with celebrity chefs like Marc Vetri and Jose Garces and championing in-house creations like freshly made Neapolitan pizzas and elevated burger concepts.
“The atmosphere at Lincoln Financial Field is electric,” shared Chef Hennessey. “Every day brings a new challenge, and my team is always looking to innovate and introduce exciting new ideas.”
As the Philadelphia Eagles continue their playoffs push, Chef Hennessey and his team are excited to offer the “Pretzel Jawn”, an eagle-shaped pretzel served with porter cheese sauce, green mustard sauce, and bourbon vanilla brown sugar butter to fans at Lincoln Financial Field.
“This February, I’m hoping I’ll get to enjoy a victory parade down Broad Street with a “Pretzel Jawn” in hand, said Chef Hennesey. “Go birds!”

Senior Executive Chef Mark Cornish, NRG Park
Senior Executive Chef Mark Cornish is a culinary force at the heart of NRG Park, overseeing a team that consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences for everything from continuous live sports seasons to the annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
“During the NFL playoffs season, it goes from 0 to 100 mph within a week,” shared Chef Cornish, highlighting the dynamic nature of their work.
This post-season, the NRG Stadium team introduced a range of exciting new menu items for fans, including a dessert charcuterie board, Texas-sized tamales, and the “Battle Red Burger.”
“Teamwork is the cornerstone of our success,” emphasized Chef Cornish. “When the pressure’s on, like during the Big Game or for concerts, we all come together. We’re flexible, we’re committed, and we always find a way to make a positive impact.”
