Build-to-Rent (BTR) operator Dandara Living Management has appointed Nirvana Maintenance to deliver integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of around 4,000 homes under a multi-year contract.

The scope of services includes facility management, cleaning and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), with dedicated maintenance technicians to serve locations in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

This collaboration is a testament to the strength of our tailored, people-first approach and our deep understanding of the Build-to-Rent sector.

Workforce management software will monitor the operational performance of teams, streamline stock control, optimise procurement, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Further strengthening its ability to meet the unique demands of the BTR sector, Nirvana has assembled a dedicated BTR team, recently enhanced by the addition of Daniel Mendez as National FM Operations Director. Mendez previously served as National Head of Facilities and Estates at Dandara Living, and has gained extensive experience in facilities and estate management having previously worked at high-profile properties including the Shard, King’s Cross estate and Dandara’s Chapel Wharf development.

By working closely with Dandara Living Management, we’ve refined our processes to meet the unique needs of their communities, and we’re excited to continue enhancing the living experience for their residents while supporting the growth of this thriving sector.

“For renters, this partnership ensures a better living experience through quicker response times, efficient processes, and a dedicated team focused on delivering high standards of service.
