CA Immo Renews IFM Contract at The One Frankfurt

Listen to this article

CA Immo has renewed the integrated facilities management (IFM) contract it awarded STRABAG Property and Facility Services at The One tower in Frankfurt in 2022 and added nine additional properties with a total rentable area of 150,000 square metres to its mandate.

STRABAG PFS will deliver a combination of technical FM, mechanical and engineering (M&E), infrastructure management, cleaning, winter management and safety services at all ten properties which are located in Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf and Cologne.

The One occupies 49 floors and a gross floor area of 88,000 square metres, and features coworking spaces, an hotel, restaurant and conference facilities, and its own ‘Skybar’. As one of the most modern and technically sophisticated buildings in Germany, it presents particular facilities management and engineering challenges—90 per cent of which are self-delivered by STRABAG PFS.

STRABAG PFS also supports CA Immo by providing ESG and decarbonisation solutions including LEED and DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen) sustainable building certification consulting and certification services through its Best and Beyond building modernisation and remodelling subsidiary.

It is one of two service providers CA IMMO retains to manage its real estate portfolio in Germany.
