EIPS extends Mace Macro helpdesk contract

Company News, Front-of-House/Security

Emirates International Property Services (EIPS) extends help desk and asset management contract awarded in October 2012.

Mace Macro International's helpdesk contract with Emirates International Property Services (EIPS) has been extended by 12 months following completion of a trial that began in October.

The company was initially appointed to provide multi-language helpdesk and integrated asset and planned maintenance support services for 20 residential, commercial and retail facilities, and is understood to have implemented a computer-aided facilities management (CAFM)-based system that tracks maintenance requests and allows real-time monitoring of operational performance.

Macro managing director, Bill Heath, said the decision to extend the contract affirmed his company's "commitment to using the latest technologies".
