Encycle Corporation, formerly REGEN Energy Inc., today announces the addition of Bob Chiste to the Encycle team as President and CEO.  Bob has served as Encycle's Chairman since 2011 and previously served as Interim CEO.  He has over 30 years of P&L experience in the energy industry and a proven track record of building several highly successful public and private companies over the past two decades.

Mr. Chiste was the founding CEO of Comverge, Inc. in 2001 where he pioneered the concept of outsourced demand management through Comverge's Virtual Peaking Capacity offering.  He lead Comverge's highly successful IPO in 2007, retiring in 2009 to start a family venture investment firm named Sorfina Capital.  Since 2009 he also served as Executive–in-Residence for two energy venture capital firms:  El Dorado Ventures and Enertech Capital. Chiste has served on numerous public and private company boards and has been a frequent guest speaker on the efficacy of Demand Management's critical role in the electric industry eco-system.

"Encycle is perfectly positioned to serve commercial and industrial ("C&I") customers and utilities as the electric business is rapidly transforming to a customer–centric distributed asset industry.   Our unique Swarm Energy Management® offering enables C&I customers to realize significant energy savings with ROI often in less than 12 months.  We have built a large patent portfolio enabling us to dominate this segment of demand management and demand response," Chiste stated.

He continued:  "Our technology and I.P. portfolio is very robust and much credit goes to our former CEO, Pete Malcolm, who is returning to his home in the United Kingdom. Our patented Swarm Logic methodology, developed through the concept of ecomimicry, provides a huge leap in the value of Demand Management deployments by C&I customers and utilities. Our strategic vision of leveraging our intellectual property is gaining excellent traction and we have begun to recognize explosive growth. The foundation of that vision is to provide major national customers a rapid and unobtrusive deployment of our Swarm Logic technology.   This is currently being realized by hundreds of C&I building operators in North America, and has been extended to international customers via a major partner in Japan. Our easy deployment, excellent customer ROI, and significant reduction in carbon footprint, provides meaningful results toward the sustainability initiatives adopted by our national and international clients. I couldn't be more excited about the growth prospects ahead."
