A white paper by Julian Roche, Cavendish Maxwell's chief economist, explores the impact of Brexit on real estate investment in the UK as well as the Gulf region.

Although recent HM Land Registry figures indicate the UK is losing its allure as a preferred, 'safe haven' investment destination for risk-averse Middle Eastern investors, Roche suggest Brexit is now influencing long-held attitudes towards real estate as an investment class across the Gulf.
