Pauline Cox Joins Gather & Gather Ireland

Mitie has appointed Pauline Cox as managing director of its workplace catering subsidiary, Gather & Gather Ireland. Cox was formerly Director of Food Services with Apleona HSG and has held senior roles with Compass Group Ireland and Sodexo.

 

Announcing the appointment, Allister Richards, managing director of Gather & Gather, said:

"We are excited to welcome Pauline to the Gather & Gather family. Her invaluable experience will play to our strengths as we broaden our reach in Ireland and across the UK.

 

"I am very much looking forward to collaborating with Pauline as we continue to bring our fresh approach to dining in the workplace."

 

Responding, Cox said:

“I am thrilled to join Gather & Gather at such an exciting stage in its growth. I look forward to supporting the team in cementing our position in Ireland, showcasing our unique offering and bringing innovation to the table."

 

Launched in April 2013, Gather & Gather offers restaurant, café, hospitality and event services to a range of clients across a broad spectrum of sectors including media, technology, legal, financial services and retail.
