Bellrock Supports HMRC Smart Building Vision

Bellrock has won the competition to deliver M&E, building maintenance and workplace services to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in the North of England under the Crown Commercial Services facilities management framework.
The contract also provides for the introduction of emerging technologies to allow HMRC facilities and estate professionals to achieve granularity in managing information to produce efficiency savings and improvements in service delivery, at a time when the government department is transforming taxation in the United Kingdom.
Commenting on the award, Bellrock CEO, David Smith, said:
