Changing Vibration Analysis Forever

Company News, Industrial, Americas, Supplier News

Erbessd Instruments have launched a world-first universal 4-channel wireless triaxial accelerometer, paving the way for real-time wireless vibration data measurement in predictive maintenance applications.

WiSER 3X provides an alternative to traditional, wired vibration data solutions that are usually integrated into proprietary vibration monitoring solutions.

The company have also developed an open SQL server-based software suite called Digivibe which is compatible with all vibration data collectors currently on the market.

Speaking at the product launch, Michael Howard, CEO of Erbessd Instruments which describes itself as a leading  supplier of "machine health" solutions, said:

"The vibration analysis community has long awaited universal wireless accelerometer with full featured capabilities for vibration analysis.

"No longer do we need to unnecessarily put our people in harm’s way with cables as wireless is the wave of the future."

Company founder and Chief Scientist, Dr. Thierry Erbessd, said:

"Our Triaxial Wireless Accelerometer is a vibration sensor specially designed for vibration analysis with universal compatibility. In fact, WiSER 3X is a Wi-Fi accelerometer that sends 3 axis vibration data + 1 additional channel simultaneously to any data collector on the market.

"Also, WiSER 3X is a wireless ultra-low noise accelerometer with 15 kHz bandwidth and up to One-Million Lines of Resolution that exceeds the characteristics of most conventional accelerometers and vibration data collectors."

WiSER 3X is available in single-axis and tri-axial configurations.
