SWC Awarded Iconic Birmingham Contract

Specialist Window Cleaning (SWC), a subsidiary of Incentive FM Group, has been selected for a contract at The Cube, a landmark, mixed-use development in Birmingham.

 

Under the terms of the deal SWC will provide window cleaning services at the 25-storey structure utilising abseiling techniques and external building maintenance units to maintain the building’s jewel-like exterior appearance.

 

Commenting on the award, Doug Wattleworth, Senior Facilities Manager at The Cube, said:

"The Cube is a world-class destination located in the heart of the city so it is vital that it enjoys the highest levels of cleanliness.

 

"Its award-winning design can create challenges for this but SWC has the skills and expertise to deliver what we need."

 

SWC's sister company, Incentive Lynx, are providing manned guarding services at the building under a separate contract announced in January.
