Uk estate manager Centrick is using a cloud-based HR solution from CascadeGo to standardise its in-house HR administration.
Established in 2005, the company which manages over £1 billion of client assets and more than 15,000 properties from offices in Birmingham, Solihull, Nottingham and London, opted for the software as a service (SaaS) provider's Core HR and Expenses modules after evaluating alternative solutions.
Centrick’s head of HR, Gemma Powell, explains:
"We had previous software in place prior to CascadeGo, but we’d outgrown its functionality.
"As a fast-growing SME, we needed a bespoke platform that could scale up in tandem with our growth, as well as offer security and more intuitive, time-saving features such as automated and personalised notifications.
"Having this feature set offers our relatively small project management team peace of mind whilst additionally ensuring we comply in all key areas of HR."
