Incentive Lynx Awarded Prestigious Cube Contract

UK security provider Incentive Lynx has been awarded a contract worth in excess of £1.5 million to provide a range of services at The Cube following a comprehensive competitive tender.
Under the terms of the 3-year contract Incentive Lynx, part of Incentive FM Group, will be responsible for providing manned guarding, residential concierge services and reception cover in a drive to improve service levels and create a culture of service excellence.
Commenting on the award, Doug Wattleworth, Senior Facilities Manager at The Cube, said: “Providing a safe and smooth-running building for our customers is extremely important and so we have chosen our partner carefully. Incentive Lynx showed a real understanding of our needs and their approach to the ongoing development of their people was a good cultural match with us.”
Stephen Waud, Managing Director at Incentive Lynx, said: “This is our first contract in Birmingham and reflects our ability to operate high quality operations and provide a range of related services. We are proud to add this prestigious building to our growing portfolio.”
