Acquisition of JH Catering

ISS Austria has acquired Austrian fresh food menu and workspace catering and vending machine specialist JH Catering.

Based in Graz, JH Catering has a 27-year track record, annual revenues of EUR 8.4 million, and currently employs around 80 people.

Commenting on the announcement, ISS Austria Country Manager, Erich Steinreiber, said:

"We have worked with JH Catering for a very long time.

"The acquisition adds to the internal investments in organically building our self-delivery catering capabilities in Austria, an offering which is in particular targeted at our strategically important key account customers.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved, especially the founders Josef and Edith Hermann, for having reached a positive conclusion for both parties after intensive negotiations."
