UK independent caterer Bartlett Mitchell has promoted David Steel to the position of chef director for business development.

It is great to be part of such an amazing company that lets you express yourself and really stay true to their values and their people. We have a great team at Bartlett Mitchell and I look forward to working alongside Pete Redman and to help build on the great foundations that have already been laid."
