Marta Bannister has been promoted to the newly created position of Operation Manager.
Acuity Fills New Post with Internal Appointment
Axis Group’s front-of-house services division, Acuity, has promoted Marta Bannister to Operations Manager.
Marta, who joined the company as Client Services Manager in 2017, previously worked in the corporate front-of-house sector for global bank, Société Générale, and PwC.
She now assumes responsibility for all operational matters and the client services management team.
Chiara Di Rienzo, Acuity Director, believes creating a new role was a logical step, and says:
"Pivotal to our success to date is our unwavering focus on our employees, making sure they feel supported, inspired and motivated as well as making sure that our clients receive the highest levels of customer service and management attention.
"Promoting Marta to this new role will ensure that our client services managers can continue to provide this support,” she says. “At a strategic level this appointment enables us to be innovative and identify ways in which we can improve our service delivery still further.”
