Royal College of Pathologists Hard Services Contract

Company News, Contract Awards, EMEA, Service Provider News

Professional membership organisation, The Royal College of Pathologists (RCPath), has appointed Pareto FM as hard services contractor to its award-winning headquarters building on Alie Street in Whitechapel, London.

Designed by architectural practice, Bennetts Associates, the building has been selected for Architizer A+ and New London Architecture awards and occupies nine-floors. Features include a double-height entrance atrium and floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise natural light.

Announcing the award, Michelle Merrett, RCPath's Head of Facilities and Events, said:

"Moving into this new building was an important time in the College’s history. We needed to build the right group of supply partners to ensure we could deliver exceptional service to our teams. In Pareto FM we found a true partner that understood our requirements and worked with us to deliver a bespoke solution. We are incredibly proud of the world-leading space we have created".

Andrew Hulbert, managing director of Pareto FM, added:

"We are incredibly proud to have been awarded this contract with RCPath. It represents another brand-new build within the Pareto FM portfolio but more importantly demonstrates another client choosing to opt for the unique delivery model Pareto offers.

"This stunning piece of architecture requires the highest standards of service delivery, and we are privileged to be able to provide it".
