Hard FM Contract Award

Company News, Contract Awards, EMEA

Regional UK law firm Foot Anstey has retained Cordant Group subsidiary, Cordant Technical, to deliver Hard FM solutions at seven offices in the South and South West.

Under the agreement, Cordant Technical will undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on premises in Plymouth, Exeter, Southampton, Taunton, Truro, and at two offices in Bristol.

The company additionally assumes responsibility for water treatment, HVAC solutions and electromechanical systems, including electrical distribution subsystems, lighting, generators and passenger lifts.

An online fault reporting and monitoring platform will be used to support a dedicated engineer and pool of mobile operatives who will be responsible for responding to callout requests within a two-hour window.

Commenting on the contract, Ian Bishop, Head of Business Services and Facilities for Foot Anstey, said:

"Due to the nature of our industry, it was absolutely imperative that we chose a partner that not only has an impeccable track record of delivering exceptional Hard FM services, but also one we could really trust. After meeting with Cordant Technical it quickly became clear that they ticked all of the boxes and we look forward to a long and profitable relationship."

Jason Neville, Cordant Technical's Development Director, added:

"We are extremely proud to have been awarded this substantial contract with one of the UK’s premier law firms, delivering vital services across seven important sites.

"Foot Anstey will have full access to our innovative online reporting platform, where they will be able to log issues, review activity and analyse performance. We believe it is important to provide full transparency as a way of garnering trust."
