Mace Macro has been awarded a facilities management contract by City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited (CPSH), the UK and Ireland's largest distributor of plumbing and heating products with over a million square feet of space across a portfolio of over 370 properties.

Under the terms of the agreement, Macro will assume responsibility for the management of facilities services across CHSH's estate - which includes a mixture of distribution centres, office space and branches.

Service provision will include operation of an in-house helpdesk service through Macro's "fm24" team, and the provision of mechanical and electrical, emergency and fire safety, building fabric, cleaning, waste, vending and hard and soft landscaping services throughout the three-year contract period.

Ross Abbate, Macro’s Group managing director, says:

"We are delighted to have been chosen as City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Limited's preferred facilities management provider. This is a key contract win for the business, cementing our UK capability within the retail sector. We look forward to working with them and supporting in the delivery of their future property strategy."
